All custom made items are eligible for a refund. All items must be in their original form (no stains, damage, strong odors, or perfumes emitted from the item). 

 

All custom made items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

We do not offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

T-Shirt Return Policy

 

T-Shirts are a  Print On Demand item, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. 

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error,  a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
